Bay Area Custom Concrete is owned by David & Kristen Waggoner. The business was founded in 2010 and is family owned and operated. Both David and Kristen Waggoner were born and raised in Texas City. Before becoming experts in their field, David played baseball through school at Galveston College and later on at Mcneese State, and Kristen was a dental hygienist in the Clear Lake area for 10 years.  All projects are overseen and managed by the owners of the company.  This ensures that your project is done right the first time.
